Here’s a short experiment to think about –

Eat muffins and chocolates for 10 days. On the 11th day, try eating dates, blueberries to satisfy your sweet cravings. The fruits will taste odd.

Now try eating Dates, Blueberries for 10 days. On the 11th day, try eating cupcakes and muffins. The chocolates and muffins will taste odd.

Adjusting your taste buds takes time and patience. Maybe the 10 days is a bit of a stretch because the junk eating habits have been going on for too long and that makes 10 days seem like a short time to adjust the taste buds.
