The Spartan Hybrid – Month 2

Take a look at the Spartan Race – Month 1 hybrid before you look at this. Either ways, this could be swapped out because the difficulty level on both the months is pretty much the same. This month, however, I’m also including the original Insanity routines and 22 Minute Hard Corps as well for Functional Strength training. You could double up on the 22 Minute Hard Corps days or add an Ab Routine. This is an outline of the type of training for this month. Sometimes, I just swap it out for similar routines. Sometimes even swap out days and run shorter routines during the weekdays and longer routines for the weekends.
