“Stir Fry 200 gms Chicken, 200 gms Veggie(Broccoli, Green Beans, Bell Peppers) plus 40 gms Whole Wheat pasta(before boiling), spices of ur choice….no sauce……..do not use more than 1/4 teaspoon of oil for stir fry”
