Alright so! Let’s talk about the top 5 hardest workouts in the BB library.

Here’s my top 5, not in any order:

  1. Build/Bulk Legs – Body Beast (I was able to do these after P90X2 PAP Lower, damn, this one still makes me dizzy)
  2. Upper Elite – Asylum 2 (I don’t think I can go more than 30 lbs in this one, have to drop to 25 to 20 at times. Active Recovery = Jump Rope or Ladder work).
  3. 30/15 – Tony 1on1 (For those that are doing P90X3, this is the extended version of the CHALLENGE. except the numbers are set by Tony and there are a total of 24 sets!)
  4. Game Day – Asylum 1 (No comments, add Overtime to it, and prepare to faint)
  5. P.A.P. Upper – P90X2 (This is pure athletic training, 30-35 min can make you cry).
