I’ve noticed a pattern:

P90X started an all round fitness program that took care of these aspects of fitness

1. Lifting
2. Martial arts
3. Plyometrics/cardio
4. Yoga / Pilates
5. Recovery.

They did branch out and came up with a program that entirely focused on one of these aspects
1. Lifting- body beast
2. Martial arts – combat
3. Plyometrics/cardio- X2. Insanity. Asylum
4. Yoga/Pilates – PiYo
5. Recovery – Tai ChengNow that the pattern is complete i feel at ease. Much like a jig saw game lol
