22 Minute Hard Corps Journey and Review

I did not do 22 Minute Hard Corps as a stand-alone program but as part of a hybrid I already have. It’s a great routine for 22 minutes a day and on days that you do the Ab Routines, you add 10 minutes to the overall routine. It is a 8-Week Bootcamp style training program that alternate’s between Resistance and Cardio. Overall a good program and a good fit for extremely busy folks.

You will need a pull-up bar, dumbbells, sandbag (optional, but preferred), and/or resistance bands.
