Fat Shredder Plan

This plan focuses on relatively higher protein and reduces the carb intake to cut the fat and maintain muscle. Make sure to get enough fiber during the day.

Total: ~1900 calories
Protein: ~164g, Fat: ~67g, Carb: ~129g (approx values)

Wake up: 1 Cup Warm Water with 1/2 Lemon

Breakfast
3/4 Cup Oatmeal
1 Scoop Shakeology
1 Cup Almond Milk (unsweetened)
1 TBSP Peanut Butter (unsweetened)
Shakeology Fiber Supplement

Lunch
7oz Grilled Chicken Breast
1 TBSP Olive Oil
2 Cups Veggies

Dinner
7 oz Grilled Chicken Breast
1/2 TBSP Olive Oil
2 Cups Veggies
Multivitamin and Fish Oil

Snack 1
1 Cup Almond Milk
1 Scoop Whey Protein

Snack 2
1 oz Nuts + 1 Whole Fruit

Post Workout
Recovery Drink – 1 serving

Before Bed
Decaf Green Tea w/Water

Also, drink at least 8-10 glasses of water each day, in fact more!
