Although I don’t recommend canned food and mayonnaise I found these brands that can be used moderately and are a better choice than the regular brands.

  • Canned tuna. (Natures promise brand)
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise (Refer picture of the brand below)
  • Very little oil, since we already added mayonnaise
  • Salt, Pepper, Cayenne, Turmeric.
  • Mixed salad.

Cook all these together. Yes cook them. The mayonnaise burns a bit and gives an amazing flavor to the food!

Spread on Whole wheat pita. Middle eastern brand Posted below.

Add spicy mustard and a little bit of chilly sauce for added flavor.
