Thai Basil Chicken Wraps
Relatively low carb wraps:
• 6 oz chicken thigh
• 1/2 tbsp olive oil
• 1/2 tbsp avocado mayonnaise
• 1 cup oyster mushrooms
• 1 cup onions
• 4-5 Thai basil leaves
• salt and garlic powder per taste
Sauté the chicken with oil for about 10 min on medium flame then add the veggies and the condiments above. Stir fry for 5-7 min more.
Spread avocado mayonnaise on the wraps and load up the mixed veggie and chicken.
Add mustard and hot sauce if you like it more tangy.
Warning: these wraps are not the tastiest, but the mixture hides their taste well. You can load this up on homemade whole wheat roti, chapati or whole wheat pita.
