IngredientsPizza

  • 1 Homemade Roti (or Whole Wheat Lavash)
  • Pasta Marinara Sauce (No added sugars)
  • Slice Tomatoes, Onions, Mushrooms, Green Pepper. (Add as many veggies as you like)
  • Salt, Pepper, Basil powder
  • 1/4 Cup (1 oz) Non Fat shredded Mozzarella Cheese.
  • 1/2 TBSP Olive Oil

Method

Mix the Marinara Sauce, Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper in a bowl. Spread the mix over the Roti (Whole Wheat Lavash). Place Veggies on top and place veggies on top. Sprinkle cheese on top and let it bake for 10 min on 350F. Sprinkle Basil Powder and it’s ready to serve. You can spice it up with hot sauce or add chicken for extra protein.
