  • 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology (or Chocolate Whey Protein)
  • 1 TBSP Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 8 oz Water and a few Ice Cubes
  • 1/4 Cup Non Fat Ricotta Cheese

Blend. Tastes like chocolate mousse.
