4 oz of Ground Lean Turkey1
1 TBSP Canola Oil
Ginger Powder, Dried Onions, Salt, Black Pepper, Turmeric
Frozen Green Beans (Microwave in water for a 2-3 minutes to unfreeze)

In a pan, place 4oz of Ground Lean Turkey and cook by itself for a few minutes until it’s dry. Add 1 TBSP Canola Oil and continue to add green beans, and condiments as per taste. If you have more time, you can add cut onions, green chillies and tomatoes for added taste.

Let this cook for a few minutes.

Serve with 1 Cup Cooked Brown Rice or 1 Cup Cooked Quinoa to add good complex carbohydrates.
