Ground Turkey with Brown Rice
In a pan, place 4oz of Ground Lean Turkey and cook by itself for a few minutes until it’s dry. Add 1 TBSP Canola Oil and continue to add green beans, and condiments as per taste. If you have more time, you can add cut onions, green chillies and tomatoes for added taste.
Let this cook for a few minutes.
Serve with 1 Cup Cooked Brown Rice or 1 Cup Cooked Quinoa to add good complex carbohydrates.
