“1 TBSP Olive Oil, I heat some mustard seeds, onions, ginger/garlic with veggies. On a different pan I cook the Turkey for 10 minutes and then mix everything together with some salt, sambar powder, turmeric. Very basic stuff. It tastes great and health too :)”
