Chicken Fried Rice Recipe using Brown Rice
Recipe for Chicken Brown Fried Rice
Cook Brown Rice using turmeric , Cayenne Pepper, and a bit of salt.
Cut chicken into small pieces. Measure before cooking. I used 8oz. Grill Chicken using Salt, Pepper, Turmeric, Cayenne Pepper, Ginger, Garlic. While grilling, you can add any condiments. I added Fenugreek as well LOL!! It might taste a bit bitter, but Fenugreek is a T-Bomb (Testosterone Booster).
Add choice of veggies.
Use 1 TBSP Butter or Oil. I used Ghee LOL!!!!! It will taste better with Butter.
Add Apple Cider Vinegar towards the end (or squeezed lemon).
In MyfitnessPal: Enter 1 Cup Brown Rice 8 oz chicken 1 TBSP butter. No need to add veggies. Veggies are thermogenic foods. Also, here’s a video on condiments that I made last year. Check it out to see what all you can add. Avoid sauces.
